Right to Lodge a Complaint
If you believe we have not handled your personal data in accordance with GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. In France, this is the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).
Data Transfers
We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). If this changes in the future, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place and will inform you accordingly.
Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.

- Any relevant details to help us process your request
We will respond to your request within one month. In complex cases, this may be extended by up to two additional months, and we will inform you of any such extension.
